A agropecuária esta intimamente ligada as origens e tradições do Brasil. Tivemos em nossa História o ciclo do café e da cana-de-açucar. Ainda hoje 10% da população do trabalho trabalha direta ou indiretamente com a agropecuária. As áreas rurais estão dividas em terras que são trabalhadas no sistema tradicional e aquelas que usam de tecnologia no campo e na pecuária que torna a produção mais rentável e competitivel.
